    • Massage a small amount into heels and feet at least twice a day until restored.

    NS8 Wet & Dry Foot File

    Apply gentle pressure to clean skin to remove hard, built up and rough skin. Moisturise after use with NS8 Heel Balm for smooth and hydrated feet that look and feel great. Maintain your feet with regular use.

    After use: Wash the file in warm soapy water and leave to dry.

    Keep out of reach of children. Stop using if skin becomes sore or inflamed. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Not suitable for diabetic footcare.
